Honoring Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday

Martin Luther King Jr. Day has become recognized as a day of service across the country, since first observed as a national holiday in 1986. We wish that the episode of The Tonight Show starring Johnny Carson from 1968-02-08 with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and guest host Harry Belafonte survived. It would be so great to watch him speak on the show. There is a very brief clip of Dr. King telling a joke floating around on the internet, but unfortunately the archives do not contain the show. To quote Dr. King "We must accept finite disappointment, but never lose infinite hope." It's the infinite hope that Dr. King speaks of that makes dreams happen, we hope that you will have the strength and persistence to make your dreams happen. Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. and all those that work towards keeping that infinite hope alive.
